Later, Marcus tells her that he'd seen Paul with another woman at the supermarket. This makes her mad, so she goes to the fire station and haves it out with him.
All he could say was sorry.
Poor Eileen....always picks the rotten ones!!
But the next day, after moping around at breakfast time, Eileen decides she must go and tell Paul's wife what a rotten husband she has, so goes to his house, and the wife answers the door.
Eileen tells her who she is and what has happened, but gets no reaction at all and a very vacant look at her.
Paul comes out and tells Eileen that his wife has early altzeimers.
Later on in the day, he turns up at Eileen's house to tell her about his life with his sick wife. He wants to stay friends as mates, but she says no, but is upset at this decision after he goes.
Maybe there is hope for her yet!!
Sally is in the Rovers and asks Becky to join her on Frank's workforce.
She is reluctant, but then says she really needs a job, so accepts. The others are not interested.
Owen and Anna's relationship seems to be going well, as he sneaks out in the morning before Faye comes down. Anna says that it must stay that way for a while and Faye must come first.
Rosie is pushing Jason to sell his flat, but he doesn't seem so keen to do so.
Chesney visits Fiz and Hope, and the trial is coming up soon.
Rosie hatches a plan to split up Sally and Jeff, by trying to seduce him before Sally is home from work.
He resists, so she throws tea over his trousers, so he's trying to take them off when Sally walks in.
He tells Sally it's not what it looks like, but Rosie says it is.
Sally believes Rosie and throws Jeff out and ignores his phone calls later.
But Sophie being a very religious girl, tells Sally the truth that it was a set up.
This makes Sally mad with the girls, and all is well with Jeff again.
