Later, he tells Cheryl that the news is bad....he is still ill and needs more treatment....
the CREEP!! ......... AND she is believing every word he tells her!!
At court, Fiz is put on the stand, and given a grilling.
Rita is questioned, and confirms that she saw John and Charlotte moving a rolled up carpet (which contained Colin Fishwicks body), and she knew that Fiz was then at Chesney's birthday party.
Next, Chesney is questioned.
Meanwhile, Rosie is getting excited about Mr. Chips coming to view the flat, and is busy preparing.
She gets a big shock when John arrives.
John ties up Rosie, telling her it is not a kidnapping this time.
He tells her that she must go to the court to tell his side of the story, to help Fiz.
He gives her a teaching session and then tests her, but she only gets 12 questions out of 20 right. So he keeps her all night at the flat, to teach her the info needed to help Fiz.
In the morning, Jason is wondering where Rosie has got to, and asks Sally, then Kevin.
Kevin rings the estate agent to find out about Mr. Chips, and finds that the contact number for him, doesn't exist, so realises something is wrong.
He and Jason rush to the flat and break in, rescuing Rosie from John, who slips out to his car. Kevin gives chase in his car.
In court, it is summing up day, and the jury go out to decide on the verdict.
They come back in, and find Fiz not guilty of the murders of Joy and Charlotte, but guilty of Colin's murder. Sentence to follow.
